The Board of Directors has voted to take action against residents who have unpaid quarterly dues. Residents with delinquent accounts will have their right to use any of the Association's amenities (pool, tennis courts, etc.) and attending any HOA events suspended. The HOA will also be pursuing foreclosure on properties with delinquent accounts in an effort to recover uncollected dues which are significantly impacting our operating budget.

Summer Camps
The Lake Nona YMCA is hosting a summer camp for children in grades K-5 at Vista Lakes Elementary. Camps inlclude everything from swimming, field trips, arts, sports, and much more, from 7:00am-6:00pm, at a weekly cost of $96. Please contact the Lake Nona YMCA for more information at (407) 207-4991
The Orlando Police Department in partnership with Florida Citrus Sports will be holding a G.R.E.A.T. Summer Youth Program (Gang Resistance Education and Training). Camps include swimming, basketball, flag football, soccer, health awareness, alcohol and drug abuse prevention, career exploration, computer classes and field trips. Open to girls and boys aged 10-15, at no cost. June 22-July 10 or July 13-July 30. More>> |
