Vista Lakes and late payment of HOA dues by some
residents. We are managing the situation by eliminating
discretionary spending in many areas and cutting back
on amenities until January 2009.

Narcoossee Road Improvement Project
As part of the Narcoossee Road widening project, Lee Vista Blvd. will be reduced down to one lane in each direction, for approximately 700 feet, on both sides of Narcoossee Road, from November 10, 2008 until approximately May 2009.
