Kent was elected to the Board in October of 2009. Kent initially served on the Board starting in February 2009, following another Board member’s resignation in January 2009. Kent and his wife, Toni, have enjoyed living in Vista Lakes (Carlisle) since late February 2004. |

MacAllaster - Vice President |

Valerie
MacAllaster has been a resident of Warwick since June of 2006. Currently
she is a stay at home mom and has a home-based Health & Wellness
business. She worked for eight years as a Detention Deputy before
having children.

Debbie Salerno - Secretary |

Deborah Ann (Debbie) Salerno has been a resident of Vista Lakes since December, 2003. She and her family relocated here from New York to enjoy the heat and sunshine. Debbie has been in the financial world for the last 17 years, coming up through the ranks starting as a part-time teller. She is currently the Assistant Branch Manager for the Regions Bank here in Vista Lakes. Over the years she has donated her time by giving back to her community by volunteering with the Diabetes Association, Make a Wish Foundation, Junior Achievement and many other great organizations. She has been a volunteer at the Renaissance Senior Center over on the Econ for the last year. Her passions include anything Disney (hence why her family moved to Florida - it's closer to Mickey Mouse!), reading and drawing. |

| Jim Shelton - Treasurer |

Jim rejoins the Board after a two-year respite having been appointed to the initial Board by the developer. Jim also serves as the vice chair of the Amenities, Architectural Review, Communications and Neighborhood Watch committees, and is the Melrose Neighborhood Representative. Jim, a retired electronic/systems engineer, and his wife Joy moved to Vista Lakes from the Boston area in 2002, and were “first residents” in Melrose. They have two grown children and three grandchildren.

Cumello |

Ron has been on the Board since October 2006 and for the last three years was the President. Currently as chair of the Contracts Committee he is focusing on coordinating the efforts to identify and award contractors to repair VLCA property using the turnover funds from Newland Communities. He is retired from Lockheed Martin and is currently an independent consultant to the U.S. Government. He moved to Carlisle with his wife in 2002. |

Renee
Hale |

Renee is beginning her fourth year on the Board of Directors. She is the founder and chair of the Events Committee, a former member of the Amenities Committee and recently served as the Pembroke Neighborhood Representative. Renee, her husband Chuck and their son moved into a house on Chickasaw Trail in 1988 and watched Vista Lakes being built. They moved into Pembroke in October 2001. They have six children and ten grandchildren - five boys and five girls. |

Schuett |

Gary was elected to the Board in October 2009; he also serves as chair of the ARC. He retired as a process engineer and moved with his wife Carol to Amhurst in March 2001. They have two grown children and four grandchildren. |
