President & Treasurer (Acting)
Ron has been on the Board since October 2006 and for the last three years was the President. Currently as chair of the Contracts Committee he is focusing on coordinating the efforts to identify and award contractors to repair VLCA property using the turnover funds from Newland Communities. He is retired from Lockheed Martin and is currently an independent consultant to the U.S. Government. He moved to Carlisle with his wife in 2002.
Vice President
Jerry is serving his second term on the Board after a two-year respite having been appointed to the Board for a two-year term in 2007. Jerry is also the chair of the Communications Committee. Jerry is the Webmaster and Research Manager for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (Orlando International Airport) and has lived in Florida since 1992 after moving from England. He and his wife Tracy moved to the Carlisle neighborhood of Vista Lakes in 2004.
Secretary
Gary was elected to the Board in October 2009; he also previously served as chair of the ARC. He retired as a process engineer and moved with his wife Carol to Amhurst in March 2001. They have two grown children and four grandchildren.
Board Member
Bill was elected to the Board in October 2010 and has served on the Finance Committee every year, except one, since the Newland turnover. He is presently the CFO/Controller of Amazon Hose & Rubber Co. and has worked in the accounting profession for almost thirty years with organizations like Lennar Homes and Ripley’s Believe It or Not. Bill moved to the Carlisle subdivision in December 2004 where he lives with his wife and son.
Board Member
Israel moved his family to Vista Lakes in June 2005 and commuted between Orlando and his job as a member of the Illinois State Police for three years before retiring in July 2008 after more than twenty-four years of service. He lives in Newport with his wife (Sonia), son and two daughters.
