Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

If you are planning on making any changes to the appearance of your yard or the outside of your house that can be seen by your neighbors, the changes must conform to the Guidelines and you probably need to obtain approval from the Architectural Review Committee.

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) reviews Architectural Review Applications submitted by homeowners who wish to obtain approval for making changes to their property or the outside of their homes. The ARC approves the applications if it determines they conform to the Guidelines in the Vista Lakes Governing Documents; otherwise it denies the application. The ARC is not involved in inspecting property for guideline violations.

ARC applications should be submitted to the Community Director, . The ARC normally meets the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00pm at the Residents' Club.
