Community Director

is the first ever Community Director hired by the Vista Lakes Community Association. Her responsibilities are broad, ranging all the way from managing contracts worth tens of thousands of dollars to ensuring the Residents' Club is kept neat.

Sharon started at Vista Lakes in November 2007. She says her first impression of Vista Lakes is how beautiful and family-oriented the community is. Sharon has also remarked that as she has come to know the Board members and committee chairs and members, she found all have the community’s interest at heart and work to preserve the atmosphere and attractiveness. Sharon looks forward to many years of service to Vista Lakes.

Sharon used to work in the mortgage lending and title insurance industry in Indiana. After moving to Florida in 1997, she elected as treasurer of her Condominium Association. The Condo Board was so impressed with her that they asked if she would consider getting her Community Association Management (CAM) certification and professionally manage the association for them. She considered it, got certified, managed the Association, and the rest is history! She has now been a CAM six years; Vista Lakes is the third association she has managed.

Sharon has two grown children and resides in Brevard County.
