Association Manager

was assigned by Leland Properties, the management company working under contract for Vista Lakes, as the Association Manager in July 2007 (please see Vista Lakes Management for his responsibilities). Gary has been a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) for over fourteen years and has managed about every type of Association there is. Working with the Board of Directors, Gary fulfills the many broad responsibilities required of an Association Manager. Some specific accomplishments in his first few months here at Vista Lakes include hiring a new landscaping contractor, assisting in the hiring of our first full-time Community Director, and, working with the Amenities Committee, upgrading the landscaping.

Besides being the Association Manager of the Vista Lakes Community Association, Gary is also the Association Manager of the Vista Lakes Community Development District (see Vista Lakes Management for details).

Gary moved to Central Florida from the Miami area shortly before his joining Leland Properties. Gary resides in Brevard County with his wife and two young sons.
