Morgan & Morgan and their co-counsel are holding a community meeting on December 18, 2008 relating to the bombing range issues. The meeting will take place at the Orlando Airport Marriott on 7499 Airport Marriott Drive and will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. During the meeting, they will introduce all members of their legal team, including Robert Kennedy, Jr., and answer non-privileged questions relating to the Pine Castle Jeep Range cases. investigation results from the Time Critical Removal Action, also
updates for current and upcoming work under the Remedial Investigation
and Feasibility Study on the 12,500-acre site and a question and
answer period. |

community meeting to discuss upcoming work on the Pinecastle Jeep
Range.

The Restoration Advisory Board will meet briefly at 6:15 to elect
a new community co-chair. Following the conclusion of the Restoration
Advisory Board meeting, the Corps will host a community meeting to
discuss the
scheduled work in: The western side of Central Park close to Lake
Bedford , Newport (portions of Milford Haven Place and Hastings Beach
Boulevard south of Victoria Isle Place), Newport (the eastern end
of Victoria Isle Place and Florence Harbor Drive), Tivoli Woods, Tivoli
Village, and Waterside Estates |

County is giving away FREE trees as part of their Adopt-A-Tree program!
