The Vista Lakes Community Association

The Vista Lakes Community Association, (VLCA) is comprised of all the homeowners in Vista Lakes. The VLCA is managed by an elected seven member Board of Directors comprised of Vista Lakes residents. The VCLA owns the Amenities Complex (pools, tennis courts, buildings, etc.) and the parks. The VLCA is responsible for the operation and maintenance of VCLA-owned assets.

The VLCA Board of Directors has meetings four times a year at 6:30 pm at the Odyssey Middle School, and workshop meetings the second Thursday of every month at 6:30 pm at the Residents' Club. All Board meetings are open to the public. The first portion of all Board meetings is an open forum period where residents are invited voice their views and question Board members. Minutes of all Board meetings are posted on this website.

In addition to the open forums, the Board keeps residents informed through quarterly newsletters, this website, meeting minutes, and various other documents. Residents may contact Board members via the email links in the box below, send emails to the generic address, or leave a note in the suggestion box at the pool office.

As provided for by the Bylaws, the Board has established a number of committees to help in the administration of Vista Lakes. The Board has defined committee authority and provides oversight (except for the Architectural Review Committee whose authority is defined by the Governing Documents) as documented in Committee Responsibilities and Authority.
