Board Elections

 

 

All Vista Lakes homeowners belong to the Vista Lakes Community Association (VLCA), our homeowners' association.  The VLCA is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors consisting of VLCA members elected by the 14 Neighborhood Representatives.  In turn, Representatives are elected by the homeowners in the neighborhoods they represent.  Directors serve two years.  An election is held every October to replace or reelect those Directors whose terms are complete according to the procedure in the Declaration of Master Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions paragraph 6.2e, and the Bylaws paragraph 3.5.

 

Although you may enter your name at the annual meeting, it is best if you submit this application so the Neighborhood Representatives can get to know you at Candidates Night held before the election.
