John Daly - President
 
John and his family have lived in Florida since 2005 and moved to Vista Lakes in 2009.  He currently serves as the Director of Corporate Operations at the U.S. Navy center for research, development, test and evaluation, and acquisition of training systems at Research Park. Prior to working for the Navy as a civilian, he worked as an executive in the Department of Homeland Security after a 24 year career in the U.S. Coast Guard.  He twice served at the White House during his career, working directly for the President of the United States. 
 
He is a graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and has an MBA from the College of William & Mary.  In addition, he is an Associate Faculty at Valencia College where he teaches homeland security and criminal justice courses. He has a Real Estate Certificate from Valencia College and served as President of a Homeowner's Association (HOA) in South Florida at a community similar in size and style to Vista Lakes.
 
John Hobble - Vice President
 
John has lived in and around the Vista Lakes community since 2005. He has loved the beautiful surroundings and the close proximity to the 528 and 417 interstates.  He graduated from Devry University with a degree in Technical Management with Computers and a minor in Philosophy.  John has been in various industries and worn many hats.
 
Currently, he works as the IT Director for a local hospital.  He is an avid gamer and has numerous certifications in and around the security industry and firearms, and a twice certified Armor.  John settled here more permanently in 2016 with his wife and then bought their first house in Newport in 2018.  Currently, they enjoy their time within the community with their two children and look forward to many more great years here.
 
 
Katherine Sebestyen - Secretary
 
Katherine was appointed to the Board in 2012. She was previously on the boards of the Hingham, MA Historical Society and the Hingham Garden Club (President). While living in Sydney, she was on the boards of The American Club, The Australian-American Association and The American Women’s Club (President).
 
Joining her husband, Frank, on a work related assignment in Bermuda, Katherine served as a docent at the Bermuda National Gallery and worked with the Bermuda Film Festival. Returning to the US, Katherine joined the staff of the Bruce Museum in Greenwich, CT as a docent.  Katherine and Frank moved to Warwick in 2009 to be near two of their three grown children and two granddaughters.
 
 
Roxanne Krywacz - Treasurer
Roxanne and her family moved to Orlando in 2000 from Texas. They first lived in Windsor At Vista Lakes in 2006, then moved away in 2010, however, decided to move back. They have enjoyed living in Carlisle since June of 2012. Roxanne is proud of our community's location and natural beauty, our extensive amenities, and our continuous effort to keep up and make it even better. 
 
She is an advocate of home ownership, equity building for retirement, and diversity. She has been in the real estate business for over 25 years and is an Associate Broker with Remax 200 Realty in Winter Park for 11 years. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Minor in Economics from St. Theresa's College in the Philippines.
 
Andres Bernal

Andy and his family have lived in Florida since 2005. They first moved to Lee Vista Square where Andres served on the Board from 2005, first as Secretary and later as President.  Andres and his wife Iva have 3 kids and bought a house in Pembroke in 2012. Andres has been in aviation since 1998 and has served in various management and training positions.
 
Currently, he flies for a US carrier and spends most of his time at home with his family. He likes to get involved in his community and looks forward to making improvements to help Vista Lakes continue to be a great place for families to live.
 
Bennie Hichez

Bennie Hichez moved to Vista Lakes from New York City and has been a member of the community since 2006 . As a former President of the Co Op Board at Booth Plaza in Forest Hills Queens, his experience will assist the HOA board at Vista Lakes to enhance the living experiences for the residents of Vista Lakes.

Bennie currently is the chair of the Safety and Security committee and a member of the Amenities Committee. In his spare time, he is the head baseball coach at Innovation High School in Lake Nona where he influences athletic baseball scholars to becoming balanced men.
