For current Vista Lakes residents, you can reserve some of these amenities here.

Amenities Center

Vista Lakes has a Residents' Club, Fitness Center, five pools, two lighted tennis courts, four parks, a soccer field, a Little League-sized baseball/softball field, a lakeside trail, boat docks and a fishing pier accommodating many activities and events. Three pools, the fitness center, a pavilion, the tennis courts and the Residents' Club are located at the Amenities Center on Lee Vista Boulevard. In addition there are many regularly scheduled activities and special events.
 

Residents' Club

The pool area and Residents' Club are only open during pool operating hours (please refer to the calendar for current hours) therefore residents (whether existing or potential), realtors, etc. can only be accommodated during pool operating hours.
 
The Resident's Club is available for rental, by Vista Lakes residents, for private parties. 
 
Free Wi-Fi is available at the Amenities Center/Residents' Club.  Please speak with the pool staff or the Community Manager for login information.

Fitness Center

The Fitness Center is a 1,000 sq. ft., purpose-built facility, fitted out with a variety of exercise machines selected to provide a complete work-out for every part of the body, particularly if you follow this Fitness Workout Routine.

The Fitness Center is open to residents from all neighborhoods with full access rights to the Amenities Center (i.e., all neighborhoods except The Horizons and Central Park). To access the facility residents must be current on their quarterly HOA dues, sign a release form, and purchase an access card at a cost of $10. The card will allow that resident to access to Fitness Center between 5:00am and 11:00pm by swiping their card in the card reader on the door. The doors will be automatically locked during the overnight hours. The access card will not open the door during this time or if the resident has an outstanding balance on their account. Residents must be at least 15 years of age, and those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a registered Fitness Center user aged 18 or older.  Please contact the office at 407-207-1241 for more information on how to obtain an access card.
 

Pools

 
   
     
 
There are three pools at the Residents' Club – a wading pool, recreational pool and a lap pool. These are available to all residents except to those who live in Central Park and Horizons who have their own pools. There is a pavilion adjacent to the wading and recreational pools available to all unless it has been reserved for a private party.
 
Pool entry must be through the pool office located adjacent to the parking lot.
 
A Vista Lakes identification card is required in order to use the pools and parks. I.D.'s are issued by pool staff during the hours of operation of the pools. If you have a temporary I.D. you only need to bring picture I.D. (Drivers license with current address or school I.D.). If you are applying for new I.D. you must bring your mortgage or lease and one other form of verification of address such as a utility bill with your name and current Vista Lakes address.

Tennis Courts


There are four (4) lighted courts at the Amenities Center. Courts may be reserved at the pool office or online here.  The gates are locked. The entry code is available from the Clubhouse Office but a valid Vista Lakes ID must be shown to obtain it.
 
Reservations
  • Reservations may be made here or at the Pool Office in person or by phone (407-207-1202) during normal pool hours.
  • A valid Vista Lakes address is required and will be verified before your reservation is successful.
  • Reservations may be made up to seven (7) days in advance but no earlier than (2) hours out.
  • Courts may be reserved for up to two (2) hours.
  • If necessary due to heavy use, reservations may be limited to twice per week per household.
  • Players that are 10 minutes late forfeit their reservations.
  • Reservations (by any means mentioned above) take priority over walk-ons.
  • Reservations will be kept in the online reservation calendar, the Pool Office, and on the tennis court bulletin board. In the event of any disparity, the version kept at the Pool Office has priority.
Rules and Regulations
  • Use of tennis courts is reserved for Vista Lakes residents and their guests.  Residents must have their Vista Lakes identification card with them. Guests must be accompanied by Vista Lakes residents at all times.
  • No more than (3) three guests allowed at any one time.
  • Proper tennis attire, including tennis shoes, is required.
  • No roller blades, bicycles, skates, skateboards, or scooters are permitted on the tennis courts.
  • No alcoholic beverages, glass containers or chairs are permitted on the tennis courts.
  • Please remove any trash.
  • Profanity, disruptive behavior, not adhering to these regulations, or any other reason as determined by the Pool Staff will result in eviction from the courts and may result in suspension of privileges.
  • No smoking.
 

Parks

All parks open at dawn and close at dusk.  You may be asked to show your Vista Lakes identification when at a park.
 
Amhurst Park
 
 
The largest park is Amhurst Park on Chickasaw Trail. It has shaded playground equipment, a pavilion, basketball courts, benches, water fountain, baseball/softball field, and a soccer field.
 
Please note that Amhurst Park is shared with the Vista Lakes Elementary School and parts of it are not available to residents while school is in session. The elementary school will have exclusive use of the hard court, baseball diamond and the soccer field areas during school hours. The exclusive use agreement is effective one half hour after the start of school to one half hour prior to the end of the school day or as posted.
Residents will have use of the playground area all day.
 
Vista Lake Park
 
There is also a small park and boat dock at Vista Park that is located on Vista Park Boulevard inside the gates to Carlisle, Waverly and Windsor, but the park is available to all residents on foot. There is also a walking trail on the opposite shore of Vista Lake, part of a linear park along the shoreline.
 
Newport Park
 
There is a small park and gazebo on Milford Haven Place in the Newport subdivision.

Baseball Field and Batting Cages

The baseball field and two batting cages are located at Amhurst park next to the basketball courts.  Residents can reserve this amenity here.

Golf

Rio Pinar Golf and Country Club, is extending the courtesy of social membership type privileges to all Vista Lakes' residents. Our residents will be able to access all the club social facilities with special Vista Lakes pricing along with use of the golf course at a preferred rate and times such as early mornings and weekend play. Golf clinics and camps for adults and children can also be arranged.
 
For non-golfers, the club offers a grill room with full bar, a full service restaurant, large and small function rooms and four tennis courts.
 
Vista Lakes will be required to show their Vista Lakes Residents ID Card.
 
By way of background, RPGC was founded in 1957 and played host to major professional tournaments including the men's and women's Florida Citrus Opens. Great golfers who competed here include: Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Lee Trevino, Jane Blalock and Patty Shehan. The course itself is close to 7,000 yards long and features beautiful fairways surrounded by old growth flora. It has been dubbed by the media as the "crown jewel of southeast Orlando."
 
The club facilities could accommodate; wedding receptions, quinceaneras, bar mitzvahs and sweet sixteen parties as well as smaller celebrations like birthdays and anniversaries. Thus it's a great place to entertain family and friends as well as to use for business purposes.
